At KidsMania, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your KidsMania account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
